We’ve identified an issue in the FLIR ONE application that effects users of iOS 11.2. If you have updated to iOS 11.2, please do not uninstall and reinstall the FLIR ONE app. We are currently working on an update to address the performance issues impacting manual FFC (flat field correction), setting auto/manual FFC, setting gain, and firmware updates. Prior iOS versions continue to be compatible.

FLIR ONE Limited Warranty (12 Months)

LIMITED WARRANTY. We warrant to the original purchaser, that the FLIR ONE will conform to published specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for period of one year from the Purchase Date. CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AT OUR OPTION, IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN A MANNER, AND BY A SERVICE CENTER, AUTHORIZED BY US. IF WE DETERMINE THAT THIS NOT SUFFICIENT, WE SHALL REFUND YOU YOUR PAID PURCHASE PRICE AND HAVE NO OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER.
